Can anybody give the PIIXI or PIEXPERT design file of the DI52 18-264 V input 3W output power supply, since I could not calculate similar transformer with the given specifications in DI152 AN...

I design the DI 152 spreadsheet with my knowledge and after that I try to make double output design sheet with respect to DI152.. The spreadsheets attached, can you check whether they are correct?
This design looks ok. The only warning you have is for min input voltage but you are addressing that by externally feeding BP pin with a constant current.
Give it a try.
This is a very old document. This is what I found in my documentation... I dont think I have a PIXls file but you can generate one from this attachment.
