Hi,

please find the attached pdf circuit , which is a extract of tny3 switch seminar report,

For a 50V/1.5A specs which are the components need to be changed, im designing a led driver of 75w using topswitch hx family, since i decided to use this circuit for cc operation, pls let me know the changes ,

thanking you

Hi,

Since the circuit is designed for 6.2 V, 0.75 A, you need to modify the voltage ratings of the devices according to your output voltage specifications. And you need to change R9 according your output current rating.

hi,

what about the ratings of the transistor, since the o/p voltage is 50V should i consider opting a transistor , having VCE of 50 V and above?

Hi,

Yes, you need to change the transistor voltages ratings as well. Infact you should choose transistor voltage rating >50V to allow some margin.
