DER-956Q describes a 13 W power supply for 800 V BEV automotive applications. It uses a 1700 V SiC-based InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC and features reinforced 1000 V isolation that is IEC-60664-1 and IEC-60664-4 compliant. The ultra compact design allows 30-1000 VDC wide input range and delivers 18 V and 9 V dual outputs.
