Using software to produce working 12V DC led driver

Hi there people.
New to this so excuse the question here. We seem unable to configure the low 12v dc input voltage we require using the PI Expert software. Default minimum 16v - is this just our hast to get going or are we basically stumped with this project request?
For LED driver, typical PI device that can be used is LinkSwitch-PL, LinkSwitch-PH, or LYTSwitch. However, they are intended for AC input voltage from 85 Volts and above.
