We are using 85 leds at 20 mA in 200mm traffic lights, 220Vac+/- 10% mains. Which driver do you think is better for this application?

The typical output voltages are:
Red : 2,2 x 85= 187 Vcc
Yellow: 2,0 x 85 = 170 Vcc
Green : 3.3 x 85 = 280 Vcc
All colors are 20 mA typical.
From your output voltage, seems like buck-boost is a good solution. Pls check this example report using buck-boost topology and LinkSwitch-PH.

If you need power factor, LYTSwitch devices would be the best solution. What is the output voltage?
