Topswitch-gx device is not Loading

Led Driver designed for 52V,700mA,for no load it gives 60V Output,but on Resistive load of 80R it gives only Vo=20V,Io=230mA,what may be the reasons for this,i checked the widings direction,Inductance,but its the same,can you please provide me the solution as eearliest please,

Hi,
Verify the actual output current for an LED load. It should match with a resistive load.
If it is not 700mA, adjust the bias of the transistors.
