Power supply design

Posted by: suqifyvoq on

Dear Sir

I have to design a power supply with this conditions:

Vinput= 100 ... 440VAC

Vout1= 16V 0,300 A non isolated
Vout2= 5V 0,100 A non isolated
Vout3= 3,3V 0,20 A isolated

I want to do it with PI expert but the maximum input voltage that I can select is 300VAC.
If I want to work with PIXLs I can´t select floating outputs.

Thanks

you need a lot of current and very high power....you will need power factor correction......do Powerint do power factor correctors? are powerint chips capable of that much current.....on chip fets cant usually handle much power

I have this design idea, but I want 3,3V floating and I don´t know why there isn´t any warning for VDRAIN=902. Thanks

Because you require such high input voltage please refer to DER-58 on our website. You will need to add MOSFET as shown to extend voltage range. This approach will also work with TINYSWitch
