Troubleshooting INN3688-H302 (DER-1024) – No Switching or Output Voltage

Dear Power Integrations Team,
We are working with the INN3688-H302 and referencing the DER-1024 design. After implementing the circuit on a custom PCB, we are encountering the following issues:
- No output voltage on the secondary side.
- No switching observed across the Drain-Source terminals.
- The BPP pin voltage is 5.388V.
- No voltage is present at the uCC pin.
The InnoSwitch3-Pro datasheet does not provide detailed information on expected operating voltages or fault detection mechanisms.
We would appreciate guidance on:
- Recommended debugging steps for this IC.
- Expected voltage levels at key pins.
- Any additional documentation or troubleshooting guides beyond the datasheet.
- Clarification if the chip needs any pre-programming before interfacing with the IP2738
