Can't Load PI expert Online
Been trying to open PI expert today (https://piexpertonline.power.com/), but the page can't be reached.

Lately I've been having same issue.
Trying to connect via piexpertonline or pi expert suite (desktop) connection simply times out.
Tried different desktops, smartphone, different browsers and setups (latest, stock etc), different ISPs.
So far only managed to connect to PI expert online via VPNs reliably, but using VPN on regular PI sites get connection time out (like ac-dc.power.com).

We have contacted our software developers but they couldn’t reproduce the problem. Could it be caused by the internet connection issues such as VPN or the network configuration in your companies? Last but not least, has the problem occurred to you again? If so, how often? Please let me know.

But it seems login to your site
https://piexpertonline.power.com/site/login
is unreachable with same credentials.
May you explain me why as on the same page you explicitly advise to use the www.power.com login ?

Thanks for reaching out to us and for using the PI Expert Online.
We had some intermittent issues in PI Expert Online last December of 2020. They were all fixed on December 15, 2020. New customers and ones who changed their passwords between December 8 and December 15 were affected by this issue.
May we know when did you register to https://www.power.com website? It seems like your account experienced the said issue. Regardless, you should access PI Expert Online without any issues starting December 15, 2020.

I tried to open my recent design with the Piexpert online tool and offline software, and it's not opening anything with no error! And whenever I try to open the online tool it redirects me to power.com.

There was a problem which was fixed yesterday, please try again.
on the first question:
please let me know what is the offline version number.
Just keep in mind that the offline versions NOT always can open designs created online. The online tool has more options which the offline may have on the next update.

PI Expert Online (https://piexpertonline.power.com/) is currently working fine. We setup health monitoring for it and in the past week, we did not register any abnormalities. I would recommend that you send us a screenshot of your web browser that shows the issue.
