1SP0335 IGBT gate drive board
Hello,
Sorry with these questions, as we are beginners in power electronics.
We are using a 1SP0335 IGBT gate drive board on an Infineon FZ1200R45KL3_B5 IGBT for high voltage switching.
The IGBT gate drive board was powered by a 15V isolated power supply.
We realized that after we applied the 15V power supply to the board for a few minutes, one area on the board (a corner with a few capacitors) would get hot.
So what is the best method to remove the heat on the gate drive board when it is mounted on the IGBT?
And we also detected a -11V voltage on the IGBT gate and emitter after we applied the 15V power supply to the gate drive board.
Is this normal?
