HiperLCS Core hot at no load

I'm designing 100V 2.5A power supply with Hiper LCS.
I observed very high core (3F3) temperature even without load (100 degree Celsius and rising).
Power supply is switching off after about 5 minutes with full load.

I changed image of waveform because previous one was wrong.

I had a same problem (with other power chip, other material core...) when my magnetic path has a gap. May be you have a same problem; hope help.

Is it possible for you to share the schematic? in this way, we can have a better understanding of the design and can dig in more to find the root cause.

By the way, how much input power is it with no load connected and full load connected.

if the core is hot at no load you are likely running the peak flux too high at the no load frequency.

Check that wire heating is not contributing to the Trise also...
