Dual port means 2 USB ports, our requirement is to provide quick charger feature at both USB ports.

If DER 494 can be used then what all are changes required in design to use it for 2 USB ports ?

You can use DER 494 exactly as it is.
For dual port with independent output, you need to have two power supplies.
It will be hard to have quick charger that is coming from a single flyback with a dual secondary.
In this case you need to have two primaries and two secondaries.
For Bulk Cap until the fuse section you could combine it for the two power supples.
