CB Test Certification Issue with INN2214-2215

We use the InnoSwitch INN2214-2215 in our product. We are at the last stage of our product certification. We encountered a problem with the CB Test Certification in Shenzhen. The CB Test Certification Report has a reference to a Test Report and the PI Rep/Field Engineer in Shenzhen can't find the report.

Here is what is written on the TUV report # US-TUVR-10061-A2

As shown in the Test Report Ref No. which form part of this Certificate 31380082.021

The PI Rep/Field Engineer in Shenzhen has requested that I contact PI office in San Jose. Please help as this is urgent.
I attached the TUV Certification Report and INN214-2215 Spec.

Hi PI-AP -- Thank you very much.

We are not getting any help from PI Rep in Shenzhen. Their respond suggesting that we redo our certification with another company is not acceptable when all we needed is someone to contact TUV to get the missing test report. See my message with rep in Shenzhen.

Hi PI -- I am still waiting for someone credible to get back to me. The answer I am getting in Shenzhen from the PI rep is not acceptable.

(1) First, I was told to find another certification company that accepts incomplete CD Test Certification. Is this the official PI position to tell its customer to find a certification company who can close an eye doing the certification.

(2) Yesterday, I was told there is some confidential information in the CB report, so it cannot be shared. If indeed there is confidential information in the TUV, it's between PI and TUV to get the information removed. I do not understand what confidential information can be in a CB certification.

It has already been 20+ days and no-one has got back to me. I have called the customer support telephone #1 408 414 9621 and I keep the voice mail of the person name Gloria. I have left 3 messages. She never bothered to call me back.
