Low current High Voltage dc-dc boost

We need support to develop 1.5v to 90v (upto), 0.1mA to 20mA dc-dc boost circuit. Kindly provide guidance.
Input voltage : Between 1.5 & 9VDC
Output Voltage : Variable from 50VDC to 90VDC.
Output Current: 0.1mA to 20mA Max

Our DPA-Switch family only goes down to 16VDC on the input.

We do not have any products suitable for a DC-DC boost converter from such a low input voltage.
