LNK306 no-isolated oscilloscope safety

Is it safe to connect a oscilloscope to output of a working LNK306 board?
What about to connect a PC USB to a board powered by LNK306?
If not, what is the best way to do so? Add an optical coupler?

No you can't. You can find other Sample Design with higher output current if this is need in your requirements.

Yes, it's safe to connect oscilloscope to a working LNK306 board.
With regards to PC USB connecting to LNK306 board, do you mean that the USB port coming from the PC will be directly connected to LNK306 board? The output of LNK306 board (those with design of 5V) has same characteristic with USB port of the PC so it can't be connected together.
