INN2605K 12V 2A reference design

Posted by: Barfly on

Your data sheet InnoSwitch-EP (rev. E 03/16) page 8 shows application example universal input 12V 2A power supply using INN2605K. Is there a published reference design for this example? I'd like to have the RM8 transformer specifications and BOM to replicate this design. Thank you.

Best regards,

Josh

Great, thank you!

Do you have a picture of the PCB?

The RM8 transformer uses 3 flying leads, one for primary and the secondary. Is this necessary or only to provide a smaller PCB layout? I would prefer not to use flying leads for volume production. We have room to use the larger 6+6 base for RM8, instead of the smaller circle type.

Thanks,

Josh

Hi Josh,

I am attaching picture of the PCB here.

If the bobbin meets the creepage and clearance requirements, then you can use that bobin.
