Topology Suggestions Wanted

hi all, i would like some suggestions on which flyback design reference would best match my DC/DC SMPS needs.

Vin: 60Vdc to 180Vdc

Vout: 12V, 5% regulation is fine

Power: ~20W, constant load

Isolation required(1500V)

Open Frame

preferred no heatsink (less parts)

Board space not an issue

Profile not an issue

Efficiency >60%

EMI not a concern

UVLO required

Sensitive mostly to availability of parts for one-off build (suitable transformer available from digikey?)

Low part count preferred (hand soldering)

looks like design idea 152 would be my best option?

what if i wanted >80% efficiency, what would the suggestion be then?

I would recomend a TOPswitch controller in a flyback topology.

how do you chose between topswitch or tinyswitch-4, looks like they could both work..

TinySwitch may work too. The reason I decided for TOPswitch is that you need 20 Watts at 60Vdc(minimum Input voltage)

So you will need a device with high current limit to work when Vin is minimum. Also you do not want heatsink. This is why I decided about TopwSwitch. But you can try a Tiny too.
