Dear sir,
I used TNY280PN IC for 12V/2Amp/24W for Smps. Can I used Any other Ic for low cost.

I have desinge 12V/5A open frame and my input voltage is 230 also I have connected 3A fuse in line input but this fuse is blast when I give input supply. what is problem I can't under stand plz tel me.

Your TX1 is wrong connected
If your inpt voltage is 230 and your power supply is open frame, then you can us a TNY278
