Hi.

What operating system are you using? PIExpert Suite requires at least Windows XP SP3.

One of the main installation components is corrupted.

I have attached a zip file to this comment. Please unzip and run the file as an adminstrator (right click with mouse button and choose the option "Run as Administrator".

You should then attempt to download again and install again.

I've runned piexpertx86_component_uninstall_on_win7x86.cmd(Run as Administrato ), but  the same error still exists.

I've try 2 ways:

1. Run piexpertx86_component_uninstall_on_win7x86.cmd(Run as Administrato)  when PI Expert 9 was not installed, after that install PI Expert 9 and run it.

2.  Run piexpertx86_component_uninstall_on_win7x86.cmd(Run as Administrato)  when PI Expert 9 was installed and run it.

The error  was not changed as before.

PS:  We run PI Expert 9 successfully , but run PIXls Designer 9 failed

The cmd files I was giving you contains 3 lines:

regsvr32 /u /s %windir%\system32\PIF18u.ocx

del %windir%\system32\PIF18u.ocx

del %windir%\system32\PIF1AddIn.dll

Can you open a command line as an administrator and run the each line? If there are error messages please let me know. The other thing you can do is run on the command line %windir% and check whether it correctly points at your windows directory.

Also try to redownload PIExpert (in case you have a corrupt installation file).

An additional thing you can try is to repair installation (go to programs and features, and instead of uninstalling PIExpert, choose the option  "Repair"
