LLC resonant tranformer design

Hello,

I posted this question on LED design forum as well.

Could you please help me with the design equations for the LLC resonant converter given in the application notes : http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/product-docs/an46.pdf ? The application notes shows a screenshot of an excel sheet for calculation of the core size, wire diameter. Can I please get the excel sheet or step by step equations to calculate? The software PIexpert calculates automatically, but I am interested in the equations step by step. Can you please provide the excel sheet or the equations ? Thanks in Advance.

The excel sheet you see in the application note is PIXls which is a part of the PIExpert design suite and can be downloaded here:

Thanks for your response. That excel sheet calculates all the values, but I am interested in knowing the formulae as of how to calculate the core size, wire gauge step by step for half bridge LLC. Can you please advise.

The core selaction is based on the 'Core-Geometry' (also known as the Kg method). Providing step-by-step calculations is not possible due to software/proprietary reasons.
