Hello.

We have exactly same proplem with

TOP242GN low Over Temp Protection

Please, can you confirm this devices are original products from PI ?

Inscription on top side made with white silk:

And "CHINA" embossed on the bottom side.

Would you like to conrtact local FAE ? Hopefully FAE will give you another part and you can run the same test and double check the test result. And PLS give the part to FAE for analysis too. It is really hard for me to answer this kind of question. But I will consult product engineer for your question.
