Top Switch

HI,
Is it require to connect full load on all the supplies generated by Top Switch, I generated a supply of 24V@2A,+12V@1.5A,-12V@1.5A,15V@1.5A uisng PI Expert software. I am not getting outputs properly and by connecting load i am getting 0V on all supplies.
Please Suggest.

HI,
I am loading the supplies using resistors to verify the full load. My calculation of resistor value and wattage is according to ohm's law.

You do not need to load the outputs for the power supply to startup. If you do not see any voltage on the outputs then there may be an open circuit in your design. Kindly check your design and confirm.
How are you loading your supply? What is the line voltage? Does the supply even start up a no-load?
