need device for replacement top104

Hi, we need a switch to replace the top104yn. right now we selected DPA426. but our requirment is input range from 18vdc to 180v dc. so we need go for stackfet method.we are kindly expecting spredsheet for design flyback using DPA426 and new design using DAP switch with stackfet method for multiple outputs of output power 15W. Please suggest ideas?

Based on my undersatanding, DPA family is not a solution. The reasons are explained as follows:

1. Your input range is 18Vdc-180Vdc, and thus Flyback toplogy is must for this wide input application.

2. For 18Vdc, DPA can not output 15W.

I suggest using discrete solutions for your application. PLS try solutions such as a 3842 and a discrete MOSFET..

We are familiar with PI procduct. so we are expecting to find the solutions with PI switches. My ultimate aim is want to replace top104YN. Top104yn is old device, even that supports our design why cant any advanced switches fro PI? 15W is peak output power . continous Output power will be 7W. Suggest any solutions.

Since TOP104 can meet your target, I believe you can find a part from our TOP-HX and TOP JX family to meet your requirement. I believe the transformer need to be redesigned too, because the frequency is different from TOP-JX/HX to TOP104....
