Wide range universal power supply 40 to 300VAC DC

Hello!,

I am trying to design a wide range power supply 40-300VACDC using PIXLS  PI device selected is TNY 276P  with EE16 Core. The Cin bulk capacitor value for such low input voltage is >45 uF. I want to keep this value low that is 10uF. How do I do this? I get  warning messages that Cin should be changed to biigger value. Can anybody help in choosing the right values of VOR, CIN  without exceeding the duty cycle of 0.65. Also the sy=tandard designof 85-265V alwys talks of VMin Dc of 70V. Does TNY 276P  not operatebelow 70V? I wish to operate at 40VAc & Dc ?Will the spms start without any problem at 40V?
