Have a question on lead frames for part TOP414GN, during x-ray examination we found two separate lead frames for this part the die and bonding appear the same. Would this be normal in your assembly? Date code for this part is 1202.

Yes, it would be normal in our assembly. 50% of our parts have mirrored lead frames.

I'm afraid a pin-pin replacement for the TOP414 does not exist.
closest replacement would be DPASwitch family but its not pin-pin compatible.
