Start-up time DER-286

Please tell me what the start-up time is of your power supply DER-286, to have the 30V/1A DC at the output, at 115VAC and 230VAC
If it’s not within 2 periods of the sin wave of the AC input voltage, is there a modification posible to achieve that.
My last question; is there an evaluation board of the DER-286 available?

I will try to reduce the start-up time, that way.
I already have contacted the European sales office about the availability of an evaluation board, about ten days ago.
The pcb layout in the design report of the DER-286 suggests, there must be one, but I am still waiting on their answer.

Its basically less than 300ms. You can reduce it by decreasing output cap.
You can contact your the local PI Office in your area regarding samples.
