Does the TOP255EN device claim any RoHS exemptions?

If you sroll down to the bottom of the TopSwitch-HX datasheet, the part number and all the different suffixes are listed.  The E refers to the eSIP package part and the N suffix refers to the Pb-Free (RoHS) version of the IC.

Unfortunately, the term "lead-free" has no real meaning in my world.  Companies use the term all the time when parts employ RoHS exemptions for lead other than 7b.  Are any exemptions used for this device?

Your question is a bit more detailed than my knowledge area.  If you can give me a couple of hours, I'll track down someone from Production Engineering and find out the rest of the RoHS details for that part.

I spoke with Production Engineering.  For all of our product lines, anything with an EN suffix is fully RoHS compliant.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.
