Reference Design for 800 VAC to 12/16VDC 0.5A

Hello,

I need a reference design similar to DI-124 (http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/di124.pdf). This design is good for 57-580VAC input and 12V 250 mA output. I need to make it work for a wider input range upto 800 VAC and 12-16VDC 0.5 A output. Is there any reference design available? If not, what changes are required to DI-124? Any other suggestions please.

This is probably beyond the range of device. The range is extremely wide and at 800VAC the internal current limit controler will have difficulty in controlling peak current as the required on time will be less than the minimum on time of device

What can be maximum possible input Vac and maximum possible Iout with suggested changes to the reference design?
