power supply for led street lamp - outdoor use, roboust design

Posted by: janez on

We are designing LED street lamp

We need most possible and robust design.
Eliminating as much as possible electrolytic capacitors.

60w
100 – 260V input
3 output, each 48V, 350mA
Additional output for PIR sensor
Possibility of PVM dimming or 1-10V dimming
PFC more than 0,9
Efficiency more than 0,9
Isolated

Later easy transformation for more optimized power supply for 30W and 100W

Do you have any aplication note or reference design which could help us

Please review our LINK-PH product. On our website you can select LNK-PH from Products menu. This page will include data sheet and App note. Also you can go to Design Support/Reference Design/Parametric Search. When you are in Parametric Search select LNK-PH product and all existing design examples for LNK-PH will be highlighted

Thanks for yoru reply and advice.
Existing application notes are only for lower watages and with 1 output.
We would need total watage of app 60W and we need 3 outputs.
any advice?

The only other option I can think of is to use HIPER-PFS for PFC front end and then use TOP-HX as DC-DC three output converter. You will need to design a seperate CC controler for each output in additionto the priamry control loop for DC-DC converter. We have no examples of this but it should be possible to do....
