lnk404 does not regulate the current

Hello
I use lnk404 to power 6 LEDs with current 350mA. When you turn on 5 LEDs, the current drops to 250mA. Current control is not what is the problem?

I used the design of the transformer with application http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/rdr193.pdf. I do not understand the issue of measuring the voltage when connected load. Maybe you were referring to current dimension? I measured the current tektronix DMM4050.
In the same document. http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/rdr193.pdf . Did you do the fine tuning as indicated in page 18? If you have not done you should do it. Also please read section 4.2 " The V Pin current and........."

Did you used PI expert for your transformer deign? can you please post your transformer deign? What is the measured output voltage when you connect the load?
