LNK305 Input Voltage Range

Hello,
I have an AC design where I am using a LNK305DN which sees 120V AC on the input. I am moving to a DC platform and wanted to see what is the maximum DC voltage this part can see on the input? I see a 700V maximum on Drain pin, but wanted to confirm if I can go that high on the input. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Hello! Thank you for the response. What kind of filter (if any) or any kind of input circuitry, you suggest, when using DC power supply on the input of LNK305?

It depends on the nature DC buss but in general it would be good to have at least 220nf bypass cap right at DC input of converter
Practical limit is about 450VDC. Beyond that there can be excessive turn on stress due to recvoery of ctach diode or cycle drop out due to intitial current limit spike from recovery of catch diode.
