Auxilary Power supply
We are using the TOP222Y in our attached circuit and the just can not get to start. We tried downloading the PI expert and the 32 bit version just keeps giving us an error that it is not a valid sys32 file.
We appriciate your help or any idea that can get us out of this rut.
The Primary is 66Turns
The S1 is 9 turns used for control
S2 is 11 turns
S3 is 11 turns
We are using EFD20/10/7 with an 3F3 core.
We are attaching an image of the circuit.
Thank you for your assistance.

The attached image of the circuit is too small to read all part numbers.
Anyway, it is recommended to use ultrafast diodes for all output rectifiers.
The recommended control pin capacitor value is 47 uF as shown in Application Note 14, Figure 1.
We've noticed that installing PI Expert on some systems (especially Windows 7 machines) can be finicky. We're working on it...but in the meantime, running the installation program as "Administrator" can solve some of these problems.
The PI Expert software is *really* helpful for designing with our products. If you can't seem to get it installed, please post in the PI Expert forum asking for help. We're usually pretty quick on software support issues.

I believe the main cause of the your troubles in your feedback circuit.
TOPSwitch's Control pin should be driven by current, not a voltage. And actual current range is quite tight. I do not understand how your circuit should work (even in concept).
Try to make one of the PI's design examples exactly as they recommend. Also, try to use (for the first time) ready transformer (for example - production of the Premier Magnetics) or request samples from PI.
