I would like to have the deisgn input for pulse transformer construction based on power supply circuit design with input/output voltage and output current for SMPS

In the design of power supply we need to also design pulse transformer with core size and wiinding details. I was asking what is the basis of designing the core& winding details. I hope I have clarified.

You're not really giving me much to go on...designing a transformer requires more information than just "pulse transformer with core size and winding details". Also, pulse transformers arn't something that Power Integrations specializes in.
