TOP247 with 85-265 Vac and 40-72Vdc Input

Hi,
I have some problems to design the power supply with the fallowing requirements :
Input : 85-265 Vac and 40-72Vdc
Output : 5V @ 3A
Your french distributor, direct me to a TOP247, but I don't success to design my power supply with PI expert software.
I don't know what to do to have this specifications .
Could you help me?

40 to 72VDC is too low a voltage for TOP247
OK, but do you know any solution to do this type of power supply?
I think I've already seen it, with a top but i don't remember where.
