Is there a LED driver design with flyback based, 3-12V out, with PFC and TRIAC dimmablility?
I'm looking for this certain IC which runs from 120VAC, flyback base, powers 3-12VDC LEDs at 700mA, with no components changes for varying number of LEDs. Also need PFC and TRIAC dimming function.
Is there any similar solution?

has PowerInt even tried a 4:1 output voltage load and provide dimming under all loads? All the reference designs found so far are for fixed output voltage.
4:1 output range is too large for Linkswitch PH and Linkswitch PL. You would have the best chance using Linkswitch PL with two designs (3V to 6V and 9V to 12V).

BTW, LNK-PL looks like non-isolated, quoting from datasheet 'Optimized for non-isolated flyback designs'
PH is more desirable?
Linkswitch PH is optimized for an isolated power supply. However you will need 4 designs (one for each output load).

Linkswitch PL will meet your power requierments but will need some component changes (linkswitch device and transformer) for the power range.
