dear sir
i want smps circuit design for the following requirements please kindly help me

1) input voltage range -150- 500v, 50Hz 3 phase
and i want to take 3 wire inputs only ( R wire Y wire B wire)

2)features
a) ability to tune the input range through resistors
b) output should shut down if voltage in any 1 phase is not in defined
range ( when<150v)
C)output to be shut down if any one of the phase is not present
3)output - 5v dc ,0.8A (4 watts)
4)ripple noise less than 2 %

Please refer DER-58 in Design Support, which is the wide input 3W output StackFET flyback topology.

Since the minimum inut voltage is 150V compared to 57 VAC in the DER-58, the same design can be used for 4 W output with the modified transformer for 5V output.

If the output is not isolated as DER-58, the same feedback circuit can be used with modified voltage divider for 5V. If the output needs to be isolatd, the standard TL431 with opto coupler circuit has to be used.
