Problem with TOP257Y

Hi,
I'm project in Pi Expert a power supply (14V 2.9A and -14V 2.9A) but does not work.
My prototype have only this waves in the inductor and restart.
Can you help me?

In the indutor.pdf have the "waves".
It looks like your circuit has a short on the trasnformer, or the transformer phasing is wrong (e.g. one or more windings are connected backwards i.e. phased wrong). Double check the "dots", and go through this course "how to bring up a flyback for the first time":

Pls. show the oscilloscope picture of the "waves" in the inductor.
