Dear sir

I am using IC LNK584GG . this is making problem ,i have seen that it is not opening duty cycle more than 5%.

Tested Condition:

Input Voltage: 110 V
FB Voltage :1.16V
Bypass voltage:6.0V
Transformer primary Inductance: 2.45mH
I also have tried by changing the primary inductance to change the Duty
cycle, but duty cycle is not increasing more than 5%.

Just attach the PI Expert files to your post on this forum. There should be a link below the comment box titled "file attachments"

Mudit -

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

Can you send me your PI Expert design file? This is the file that you would have saved when you did the design in our PI Expert software. It should be a file with the extension .pxlza

If you don't have your PI Expert file, can you please tell me what the specs on this power supply are? Input specs, output specs, etc?

As this is a LinkZero part, have you checked to make sure the part isn't going into power-down mode?
