Constant Current in DER136

Hi,
How R6 is selected in DER136 for constant current,explain in detail becoz some of the resistor in 1/4w and remaining in 3W?

R6 works with C10 to provide a low frequency filter so that the duty factor of modulator stays essentially constant of a high cycle period which improves power factor performance. R6 is not critical for CC function.
