I need higher current,regarding your Qspeed diodes,do you have anything at 600v 25A or higher?

which model you are talking about?
in both Q and H seris,the maxim is 12A,QH12TZ600
on second thought, I only need average curent to be 10A, so this 12A should do the job.
your X series has 20A, but Qrr is too high.
am I correct?

As long as the average forward current is below the rated value and make sure that the junction temperature is within specified limits, then your current rating is satified. I do not know your application, you will just need to find the device that meets all of your requirements for Qrr, Vf, Imax and breakdown voltage.
