Unstable current

Hi i designed a 26,5 VDC 2.1 A constant current power supply with PI Expert. Everything seems fine for the first 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of start up my current starts to raise about 10 mA every minute. In 20 minutes the current, which shud stay constant , reaches to 2.3 A which is not good for my LED. Is there anything wrong i do ? or What shud i do to keep the current constant? Thanks anyhow.
