Top261 Y
Hello I started working with this chip, first launched on a breadboard unit, where instead of winding a load, and the feedback simulated generator voltage and everything seems well-Drain voltage jumps as needed, the frequency is good, I saw all the modes of chip TOP261Y.
And then decided to collect already-functioning unit, collected according to the scheme as a pdf file. assembled unit is mounted a voltage of 5 V. Made feedback. However, after turning through the autotransformer has a 30 AC (but I forgot until the voltage limitation is not removed soldered resistors set the jumper), chip terribly heated and generate interrupts, all happening within a few seconds. What's the problem? A need advice because if you do not find error

And this error can cause strong heating of the chip?
Gap 1,6 mm in a trance, the number of revolutions has changed in the primary 80 turns (40 +40), 4 to 5 volt coil secondary housing that would generate approximately 7.6 volts they will be further stabilized for 15 in the internal bus 8 coils, spirals of secondary housing arranged between 2 to 40 turns.
With heating figured out run the block can see here a picture (the voltage at the Drain) rectangular waveform voltage Drain (this is due to the primary winding?), Why the voltage dont drops to zero in the open state of the transistor, and a range of strange operating frequency of 80 kHz, if this voltage on the C leg normal 5,8 In those should be the normal mode, the secondary housing for a given voltage draws 1,2 but the average is constantly changing from 0,7 to 1,4 V on a load of 1120Om

Hi,
It appears that there is a mistake in your connections of the optocoupler. The optocoupler collector needs to be connected to the bias supply and the emitter needs to be connected to the "C" pin. Please verify.
