Problem in download

Dear Sirs,
Good day!
I am trying to install the PI Expert, but when finish the form and press Submit the browser take me to "https://secure.eloqua.com/e/f2.aspx" and nothing happend.

After I have filled the download form, I received the letter, which doesn't give a direct link to the download file, but again sends me to the page with download form:

It's look like a closed circle.
Can you please send this description to webmaster@powerint.com. Someone will get in touch with you and make sure you can download the software...

Once you click on submit, you will receive an email with alink to download the software at the email address you provided...
