LED DRIVER 35 W
I've designed a LED driver for 35W ouptu using TOP257PN IC. The problem is the LED flickers during turn off. Pls Help with this

Please follow the DER136 design or better do the design with LNK-PH.
have you connected LED's directly to the output of psu or thru current limmiting resistor.
If u didnt use current limiting resistor you have to add cc circuit with your schematics.
Pls let me know how will u connect the LED and LED specification.

i'm using CREE XLAMP MX-6 LED rated @ 3.3V and 350mA-1000mA
Dear Surjith,
I have gone thru your schematics which is not at all correct for LED Driver design for LED driver you should limit the output current.please go thru the reference design DER136. better use TOPYN package,if you use DER136 based design you will get >80% efficiency and >0.9PF, Very better option is go with LNKPH devices, by which you can do dimmable and non dimmable design with good efficiency and PF.
