DPA switch questions

I want to use DPA423 to design supply with input from 30VDC up to 90VDC. In the datasheet, the input range of DPA series is 16~75VDC, but the mosfet is 220V. Can it work with 90VDC input voltage? Thanks!

Yes, you can use DPA423 with 90VDC input if the drain to source voltage of DPA423 is lower than 200V in the worst case condition.
