Power Supply For Low Input AC Voltage

I want to design a power supply for Input=50VAC to 150VAC and Output 5V@0.75A, 16V@0.65A, 19V@0.75A using TOP-GX.
PI-Expert is giving be error 110(Reflected Voltage is below min. recommended). Please help me to design my circuit.

I have attached the PI-Expert Design as pdf extension. Please Rename it as .uds and open the design.
