I need more information about TOP261YN.

There is something wrong or missing on TOP261YN documents.
I´m very confused about TOP261YN. All application note are confused when talk about YN prefix. There aren´t any avaliable schematics for TOP261YN on Reference Designs. I need help. Are there someone that make >200W power supplie using this TOP261YN ? I need to find what is wrong here but there is no information enougth.

But page 22 shows TOP258Y schematics and I need TOP261Y schematics. Is it the same schematics?
TOP258Y has F pin and TOP261Y has G pin.
The resistor R19=4.7R doesn´t work with TOP261Y. Schematics is very confused yet. Maybe it is better if I send you my schematics that doen´t work.

The 'Y' means TO-220 package.
The 'N' means Lead-free tin finished leads.

What are your input and thermal specifications?
