What is the best PI device for a power supply taking 400VAC input and giving a 24VDC output ?

Can you provide more information, such as output current? Power level is an important factor to consider for device selection.
To take 400Vac input voltage, you can use a 600V MOSFET and one PI device arranged in the StackFET configuration (cascode).
