Hi,
Is it possible for the top258 can be used for the power factor correction circuit for 120w power supply,instead of any other power factor correction ic.If it is possible, is there any circuit diagram using top258 for PFC &please tell me its advantage and disadvantage.

Hi,
You can not use TOP258 device for power factor correction. You can use PFS7324L from HiperPFS2 family.
