RDK-1039Q describes a ultra-low-profile 18 W power supply for 800 V BEV automotive applications, such as gate driver and emergency power supply. It features a wide-creepage InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC with a 1700 V SiC switch, which improves system reliability. The design also employs a slim planar transformer, which lowers the profile of the board to just 12.5 mm.
